In case you encounter a photo not supported message, the image file might either be in an unsupported format, be corrupted, or be incomplete. Its important that the photo is in a supported format, including JPG, PNG, or HEIC. You can try viewing the image using another application for images. However, if the photo is corrupted, you might need to use a trustworthy photo repair software.
